The best BBQ ever! We had burnt end sandwich and a brisket sandwich and got sides. All delicious!

I've never been to a smokehouse and was glad I visited today with a friend. The staff of females were very welcoming, polite and helpful with choosing from menu. I ordered Evan's whole chicken with mac & cheese and cornbread (to die for!). My friend ordered Evan's half chicken with hush puppies. I highly recommend this spot and look to return as it's quite home-like.

The place was nice and it gave me the barbecue feel. The food was great but wasn't as hot as I would have liked it to be. Other than that everything was great

I didnt have the food yet. But yesterday I was on my way to drop off a smoker at a party we were catering and pulled over in a lot and this amazing aroma found it's way to where I was parked. I didnt even notice I was parked near a bbq place. If the food is half as good as the aroma I am sure its top notch. Pictures look amazing. I also love the reply to the vegetarian who gave you guys a 1 star. We love our vegetarians as well but come on it is bbq not salad works. Can not wait to stop in and have some bbq with my crew.

Amazing BBQ at this brand new place. The ribs fall off the bone and have a delicious dry rub baked on. The brisket is lean, but still very good. Pair the brisket with the Joe Bosco BBQ sauce they have available, it's amazing. They also offer hot sauce, which is vinegar based, so not my cup of tea. They offer unlimited refills for fountain drinks, and also offer bottled drinks. No alcohol on offer yet. The Mac and Cheese is amazing!! One serving is enough for two people as it's quite heavy, with a great cheese flavoring. The brussel sprouts are made with almonds and craisins which actually is pretty good. If you only order one thing, order the ribs!

Very disappointed. The chicken was dry and what suppose to be pulled pork was pulled chicken. It was dry too. I had to dip my sandwich in my baked/chilli beans for some sauce. The corn on the cob🤦🏾‍♀️And the peach coobler😫😫😫The reason we didn't bring it back is because we drove a hour to get it and didn't realize until we drove a hour back to the hotel that it was garbage😫😫😫

5 Star food & service!! Definitely will be going back, food is top notch and absolutely delicious. Trust me when I tell you, it leaves you wanting to go right back for more!

I received excellent service & the pulled pork sandwich was a great choice. It was piled high with meat & slaw. The brussel sprouts were very good. And as a native Alabamian, I had to try their "Alabama white sauce". It was one of the best replicas I've ever tasted outside of the South, and was full-flavored and tangy to boot! All in all, a great experience & I will make sure to return here the next time I'm in town.

Had take out from Joe Bosco's tonight - was soooooo good . Had brisket sandwich - it was absolutely delicious , as was the coleslaw ( just like mama used to make , and of course my all time favorite french fries ( could a actually live on these ) . And the piece de resistance the Peace Cobbler & a new addition an Oreo s'more. Needless to say we are satiated & supremely satisfied !Highly recommend - a sure cure for the lockdown blues !

Great food!! Besides my veggie burger being burnt a bit, which was fine, didn’t appreciate the service as well as not wearing a mask while speaking to us up close. When we asked to please put it on, they replied with, hes (my dad) Not wearing a mask as he’s eating.. not very considerate and the place needs to be taking this pandemic more seriously. That was unfortunate since the food was great. ~My dad wore it until we got outside, it’s good to listen more and not have a combatted answer to everything. Poor service. I saw you guys smell and take the potato salad away from our tray inside. Like I said great food, but didn’t feel comfortable.

Haven't actually been in the place, looking at the venue and 4 smokers outside. It seems as if it would be great place. Just watching the ribs being placed in the smoker heavily coated with the rub made my mouth water.

Stopped here after a long hike on the Appalachian trail. We got our food to go and ate it in the car because of COVID but I will say it is the best BBQ I’ve ever had in PA. I got the hot mess and I have not stopped thinking about it since. Also, Deb was very friendly and funny to talk to. Definitely check this place out!! It’s incredible. I live about an hour and 15 min away and we will be back just to go for dinner there again.

I finally made it out to Joe Bosco, and boy, was it worth the trip! You can see the meat being smoked out front, which smells incredible, and the food was all delicious and homemade. We got one of almost everything on the curbside menu and enjoyed every bite. The burnt end sandwich with pork belly was a standout, but the vegetarian burger with smoked tofu and beans was tasty, too. No corners are cut on the sides and desserts--the mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, peach cobbler, and caramel banana pudding were all gobbled up by my family with many enthusiastic comments. The staff was friendly and accommodating, too. Can't wait to go back for the hot mess and hush puppies!

Came to this place today to see something new , Walked in and fell in love with the place, Food was great and tasty . I ordered a pulled chicken sandwich, burnt ends and the Mac n cheese , not to mention the peach cobbler which is soo good I had to thank them again for making my stomach happy and a satisfied customer , I highly recommended you guys try this place five ✨

Uggg! So disappointing! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the people working were extremely nice! I was so excited to try this place and there is nothing here to rave about. For $20 I Ordered a small (very small) potato bun sandwich brisket sandwich and small cole slaw and small desert. There is nothing here that stands out, I won’t be back. Very expensive and very small portions. Buyer beware. Wish the portion sizes were bigger.

If you look into the back you can see the place hasn't been cleaned in a l0ng time. I didn't even eat the food once I saw how gross the kitchen I could see was. You were closed for two months Maybe you should have cleaned up the back kitchen..even the smoker was dirty. Drive by this place!!

Small sandwiches for the price. Waited 15 minutes for order which isn't bad but my pulled chicken sandwich was cold! Not happy

The place is very clean the service is a bit slow. The mack and cheese is super good and the cornbread is great. But when it comes to the bbq its ok. I have had better.

Some of the best BBQ I've had, well...maybe ever! The burned brisket ends were absolutely incredible and kids loved the pulled pork sandwiches. Can't go wrong with the hot mess either! Will definitely be back whenever we can!

I ordered The hot mess and honestly it was good, but the portion size was not worth $14.00. I also ordered a full rack of ribs 19.00. When I got it it did not look even close to a half. The ribs do not have a smoked flavor at all. I was excited to go. There but I won’t go back. I feel they need to give people their money worth also

Stopped in after rafting with Edge of the Woods Outfitter down the road. Great end to a fun day! The food was fantastic. I had the pulled pork sandwich and the baked beans, delicious!

my family had a wonderful dining experience tonight! Debbie the owner was a true delight and the minimal staff was excellent also. the food was fabulous and the wait time with the minimal staff was outstanding. I originally was raised near Kansas City, Mo and have never had a rack of ribs this delicious. all the food my wife Kerri, teen aged son Owen and I had was excellent. This should get the biggest review possible. Thank you Debbie for a wonderful dining experience.

The food is AMAZING!!! AND BYOB IS GREAT. THE atmosphere is amazing and feels so homey, like your at an actual BBQ! I love it. I highly recommend.

The owner was so RUDE and had a bad attitude. When I asked for a CHEESEBURGER and was talking to my friend about how they didnt have lettuce for the burger. She immediately jump into our conversation saying burger with onions saying so you just want a CHEESEBURGER burger r with a raw onion on top I can give you that. in front of other customers saying to me well we dont have lettuce and also tomato people dont ask for that. It's not what she really said is how she said it and also served me cold fries after me waiting for my food half and hr and they were hard and salty.

After a long day of hiking at the Delaware Water Gap, my husband and I knew exactly the best place for us to grab a bite to eat. Joe Bosco has now been a tradition to eat at whenever we are in the area. Everyone who works there makes you feel like family. They truly meet your every need while dining, even if that means curbside service! Our dinner was amazing as usual and the desserts were out of this world! Living a fews hours away, we will make the trip to drive up here just for Joe Bosco any day. Thank you Joe Bosco for doing your very best during these difficult circumstances! We look forward to dining with you again soon! :)

I have had better coleslaw not good at all seems when you pre order hours ahead when to pick up they don't have it Sorry but we were there 10 minutes early. Than you charged us for Chicken we got home and you forgot that too. Yuk on you I know what time my nephew placed the order and Google maps knows what time we went there to pick up. We were early. I'm sorry you feel you have to be rude but I was just giving my opinion.

This is now the 2nd time we've gotten food at Joe Bosco's BBQ! Initially, we were just looking for small businesses to support, but we were so impressed! My husband was born and raised in Southern Missouri and he thought the ribs and the cornbread were the best he's ever had! I had their pulled pork before and tonight I had the BBQ chicken... Both are out of this world! We got to chat with the owner tonight and you could tell she had a lot of pride in her homemade food and cared deeply for her staff! I would highly recommend giving this place a try - you will not be disappointed! PS: Save room for dessert, you'll have trouble deciding!

We will definitely be back here. If you’re only visiting the Poconos, you need to stop here on your way in or out of town. You will not regret it. The staff were extremely kind and hospitable. The space itself was immaculately clean. I mean it - IMPECCABLE!!! The food was fresh and delicious. The valve in the sauce of the ribs was not overpowering, it clearly was meant to augment the rich smoked flavor of the meet. That is something to look for. The corn coleslaw was out of this world. I can’t wait to go back and sample the brisket and chicken as well.

Can't say enough good things about this place! The food is delicious and the owner, Deb is a gem! She was soooo kind to my family (especially my 3 young daughters..they loved her homemade ice cream!) We are not from the area and stopped on a leg of our road trip and so glad we did!!! Wish we could come often!!

I heard about this place on Facebook and couldn’t wait to try it. We stopped in yesterday ordered a little bit of everything, the food was amazing!!! The dinning room looked amazing and they even had a fire place with outside seating!! If you stop in for a meal or to go you will not be disappointed!! The staff and owner our so friendly we can’t wait to go back!!! They even offer a military discount!!!

Had the chicken and brisket, and it is delicious! Only issue, brisket sandwich was in chunks on my second order. Brisket was shredded on my first order. Not sure if it had to do with how busy they were this day. No matter, they are recommended if you're in the area.
